This is a Continuing Education for Yoga Teachers. In the Forrest Yoga teaching system, this is a requirement to obtain Level 3. As a participant, you will learn how to teach and coach teachers to teach and assist students during a teacher training. You will learn how to give effective, heart-felt feedback and have a lived experience of what it is like to be a teacher to a student in training. This is a rich and layered training where you will be wearing many hats - teacher, assistant, teacher's coach and assistant's coach, lead assistant (optional). Teachers from any lineage are welcome, but familiarity with Forrest Yoga is necessary. This training will deepen your own teaching process and bring more awareness to how effective you are as a teacher and also deepen your experience as a coach.
