Forrest Yoga is well known for the hands-on assists that accompany a Forrest Yoga class. This CET is meant for teachers of any tradition that are looking to deepen their connection to touch. This training will cover the techniques of Forrest Yoga Assists, but also cover various aspects of the language of touch and energetic communication through touch. It will also help teachers learn how to offer touch from a centered, grounded space and connect teachers the bidirectional mindful nature of touch.
