Due to our modern lifestyle of sitting curled over a keyboard or a phone, we are becoming a generation with serious tension through our hips, shoulders, and neck. Then, we compound the problem with the stress we carry as well. Give yourself these 2.5 hours to connect to the areas of your body that are screaming for help and relief. We will bring breath, awareness, movement, and opening into our hips, neck, and shoulders, so that you will walk out feeling better and more connected to your whole self. This is therapy for the mind, body, and soul.
