One of the aspects of Living in Balance and Walking in Beauty is being able to connect to living in one’s body pain free. When we learn how to walk and live in our bodies in a pain-free, feel-good way, we can begin to explore our balance with everyone and everything around us. Exploring one’s troubled areas can be a daunting venture, unless done while tapping into the support, comfort, and internal resourcing, of our breath and grounding. Unraveling stress, exploring holding patterns in the favourite stress reservoirs for today’s generation - Hips, Neck, Shoulders, Core and Low Back. Learn to explore and feel for what we hold in these areas and what needs to change in order to heal these areas. Below is Part 1 of this series. Part II will be announced in August 2019.
